    Description

    This is a portrait that could be used as a definition for "curmudgeon."  It is of an elderly man with spectacles staring out with disdain.  The photographer was C. Boyd of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  On the back is written in pencil "Mrs. Anna Rand, Merry Christmas, from Uncle ????  I have included a photo of the back and if you can decipher his name, please let me know.  It is in excellent condition,
