1913 US Presidents Pinback Complete Set of 27 pins. Condition of pins is Mint. Shipped with USPS First Class.
I get a kick out of all these President sets issued over the years. There really aren’t too many of them, it is fascinating to see the different designs and quality of manufacture interpreting with reverence the same subject: all the presidents to date, and one really tends to get a lot for your money.
This is a great set from 1913 (which as Wilson is the most recent may have been issued over a few years). This is a complete set of 27 from this series (as can be seen, still attached to a brittle backing which though not perfect is original and interesting). The entire set of the actual pins (not the backing!) is in perfect Mint condition. These are 7/8 inches in diameter. The Whitehead & Hoag back papers advertise for The Old Homestead Bread Company of Denver.
As a longtime pin collector. I am kind of amazed the few early President sets don’t go for more. Perhaps it is because they have yet to be “discovered” by card collectors who also collect an occasional (PSA graded) pin set here and there.
