Amber fish - is the trade name of pollock fish. Amber fish (Theragra Chalcogramma) is common in the seas of the North Pacific Ocean from the Bering Strait to North Korea and California, with a low water temperature. This deep-water fish, as indicated by the big eyes and purple-olive tone body color. It is very appreciated in Korea, Japan, America, where it is one of the most important commercial fish species used to prepare a variety of dishes. The main value of amber fish - a high content of vitamin A, which makes it taste sweet and delicious without losing the beneficial properties.
Fish may contain a small amount of bones, be careful when you eat.
