(Standard mail).
Paying for economy shipment before receiving my invoice , for purchases above 20.00 $

for destinations where registry is obligatory ,may coincide with my obligations to Ebay and PayPal  buyer protection program regulations. In such a case  payment will be refunded and an appropriate invoice will be issued. If buyer does not agree with these terms transaction will be cancelled.
It is up to sellers judgment to request registered shipment to other destinations

Valuable items will be mailed insured , wherever this service is applicable , otherwise Fedex services with on-line tracking will be used.
