Original period antique cabinet portrait card with fancy edge work. Is it an actress or is it a young Mattie Lee Price, the Georgia Wonder. I have no idea, the one person that reviewed it believes it to be an actress. Regardless, cute girl. Review the photographs and decide for yourself. The photographer is Obermuller & Kern of 388 Bowery New York.
The photo is a little dirty, some spotting, corner chip lower left, showing some wear, age and uncleaned.
