Warranty:
This battery is warranted for a shelf life of Four (4) years from the date of original shipment to the original end user. The 5L318 warranty is altered once installed in a unit to one (1) year of standby time or 100 shocks, whichever is reached first, from the date of installation into a Philips AED. Under no circumstances will the warranty exceed 4 years.

Specifications
Shelf Life: A new lithium battery pack has a shelf life of five (5) years stored at proper temperatures. Although a lithium battery may be stored for up to five (5) years, it self-discharges over time. Therefore, when the battery is eventually placed in the AED, it’s useful life will be reduced depending on how long it “sat on the shelf”
Recommended Replace Interval: Three (3) years, depending upon usage.
