Cut crystal/glass.  Clear with gray cut flowers with stem around the bowl, finger print at the buttom.
2-1/8" tall x 4-5/8" wide
3-3/8" top diameter (outer), the lip is close to 3/8" tall
Very good condition, no chips, there are very light scratches underneath just from moving.
