    Description

    This is a Gorgeous "Alvin" Sterling Lidded and Cut Glass Vanity Powder Jar.
    The jar is in good to very pre-owned condition with only a very few small chips in the cuts consistent with age and use (you have to look hard to find them and too small to photograph). The bottom of the jar has age appropriate scuffing. The rim is free of chips or cracks which is unusual for a piece of this age.
    The Sterling lid does have a few small dents (please see photos). The jar is 4 3/4" wide and 3 3/4 inches tall to top of lid and weighs almost 1 1/2 pounds. Lid is stamped "Alvin" and "Sterling" and what appears to be the number "26".
