However, to make certain that all parts are included and intact we open the boxes and inspect all of the parts so the buyer would have confidence about us as sellers. We do not open the box if it is certain to us that factory packaging is not disturbed.
Some of the boxes have suffered structural or cosmetic damages. But if any part of the item is damaged, missing or any other issue, we definitely inform the buyer here describing the issue.
Please also note, while the returns are free of charge for you, we only accept the items that have not been attempted to or actually installed and then removed. Also, all parts should be in the return. Before authorizing refunds we carefully inspect the item. Thank you

same-day shipping”,
and sometimes on Saturday. We cannot ship on Sundays and holidays because the postal services are closed. Delays may be due to some complications either with the transaction or shipping itself. Due to recent changes in USPS and eBay policies, shipping costs have risen up. Our best interest is to relieve our customers from overburdening by these price hikes. Therefore we share the shipping cost with you and sometimes may ship items over a different carrier than mentioned in the listing to reduce shipping costs. Payments:
Payment is due within 7 days. We know that most of our buyers pay immediately. It is a good thing because we can process the items fast. We do not ship anything until the payments are cleared by eBay. We also ship only to the addresses verified by eBay. If for some reason the buyer does not pay within 7 days, we will have to mark that transaction as “unpaid”. That may hurt the reputation of the buyer.
