    ANTIQUE CABINET CARD PHOTOGRAPH OF AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN. He looks successful in his long coat and with his long watch chain.
    PHOTOGRAPHER. On front: "Mahon 117 PUBLIC SQUARE, NASHVILLE, TENN." Backmark: "W S MAHON 117 PUBLIC SQUARE NASHVILLE TENN."
    Note the interesting graphics on the back.
    SIZE. Approximately 6 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches.
    CONDITION. Photo: Faded areas. Discoloration at the bottom of his sleeve at right. Vertical lines of discoloration at the top of his pants. Pinhole at top, in center. Spots, some foxing, and some soiling. Mount: Wear at corners. Wear at left side of top edge. Soiling on front. Soiling and heavy foxing on back.
    APPEARANCE. Fair to good tones. Very good details.
