    Description

    Offered here for your consideration is a Brown Bag Cookie 1995 Retied Art Stamp or Press. It is Contended Cat No. 9. The stamp features a black and white cat playing with a ball of yarn on what looks like a bell shape cookie stamp. A string of yarn is wrapped around the handle with the ball being swatted by the cat. On top of the handle is a little tiny gray mouse. The stamp is green and it has 7 paws prints on the base. On the bottom is a cat with a ball of yarn cut into it for stamping cookies. The stamp is in good condition. There are no cracks or chips, but there is paint loss on the whole top portion probably from the former owner cleaning it.

    Many of the items that I list were not previously owned by me; therefore, I do not know the history of these items. Most items don’t have their original boxes so they will not come in an original box or package. I recycle so the item may come in a recycled box or bag. I inspect everything very carefully and I list any issues that I find such as damage, discoloration, stains, missing buttons, etc.
    Color of the actual item may be a little bit different due to factors such as lighting/monitor resolution, shadows, camera flash etc. Please

    I strive to make your experience buying from me to be a pleasant one. I really do my very best to make it pleasant and even though I know it's not possible to please everyone I do try. I really hope that I have earned a stellar feedback rating because that's what I strive for. Once feedback is left for me it reminds me that I need to leave feedback for you. I spend lots of time taking pictures, describing, measuring and thoroughly examining each item I list. Then once an item is sold I spend more time examining again and carefully packaging for safe arrival. I also keep a picture record of each item and the packaging process. Please don’t mark the rating lower without contacting me to give me a chance to try to rectify the situation.  I probably sell less because of my total honesty in listing everything good, bad and ugly.
    I contact each buyer to thank them for purchasing from me and to let them know the item has been shipped. I allow 3 days to ship, but I usually ship the next day if the post office is opened. I print shipping labels at times the post office isn’t opened so the date on the label may not be the date I actually shipped, but I do contact the buyer to let them know when the item is going to be shipped or has shipped which is normally the next day. I have no control of when the post office delivers or the costs they charge. I can promise that I never make money on shipping. I never intentionally overcharge.
    Besides fees sellers have to pay to the listing site and PayPal on the final total of the item including shipping, sellers have costs of packing materials if they ship with care which I do.
    All items are packaged with care.
    I don’t just throw the item in a box or a bag. I put items in an appropriate size package to ensure that it will arrive safely and undamaged. I wrap it in tissue paper and bubble wrap if necessary. I use peanuts and/or more bubble wrap or air pillows to ensure your item arrives safely. I go the extra mile so please don’t leave a lower rating because of circumstances beyond my control. Please contact me if you feel there is a reason that has made you unhappy with the item or any of the process in getting it to you. I really wish I could make everyone happy, but I realize it doesn't matter how hard you try there will always be some you just can't please. I will still continue to do my best regardless.
    If I should make a mistake in missing something on the item or in calculating the cost to ship, then I can only ask that you would forgive me. I can assure you it was not done intentionally. I’d like to think I am perfect, but I am human and although I strive for perfection, it hasn’t been achieved. Again, if a mistake is made it is never ever done intentionally.
    Unfortunately, because USPS costs have risen so that what was once a first class package weight may not be now. USPS charges according to zones and dimensional weight for larger packages. They also round up so if something weighs 1 lb. 1 oz. the shipping rate will be rounded up to 2 lbs. I never intentionally overcharge on shipping costs. Because of this it is getting more difficult for sellers to offer free shipping and sell items at a lower price.
    I will ship worldwide ONLY if the item is allowed to be shipped to your country and ONLY if you accept that it usually takes a long time for the item to get to your destination.

    Please understand that sellers can’t wait indefinitely since once an item sells they have already been charged fees on the sale. So please understand that sellers only have a short window of time to recoup those fees if the item isn’t paid for.
    Items can only be returned if not as described and pictured. Items that are intentionally damaged or destroyed by buyer cannot be returned. Purposely damaging an item to claim it was misrepresented or not as described or pictured is fraud and does not constitute that the item was misrepresented. Any buyer who does this will be reported to the necessary selling site authorities to be investigated for fraud. Furthermore, all items must be returned exactly as they were sent. Buyer pays return shipping costs and these shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Buyer pays additional shipping costs if item is returned due to incorrect address. Refunds will only be the final value of the item purchased.  A picture record is kept on all items sold as it listed and again after it is sold. A thorough description is listed on every item.
