Depression Glass Lovebirds Powder Box Pink Satin

Vintage, and perhaps could be classified as "antique", pink satin depression glass powder box or jar with a pair of lovebirds on the lid. Originally from the estate of a lady who was born in the mid-1890's. The lovebirds are perched on a branch and surrounded by an embossed floral motif which extends down over the sides of the jar. It measures approximately 4.5" tall and 4.5" in diameter. The only issues I can find are some slight roughness around the rim of the jar, and one spot that may be a tiny fleabite on the rim of the lid - barely noticeable to the naked eye and not visible at all when the lid is on the jar. Some lighter areas that could be from aging or powder residue from earlier use. Very good to excellent condition, especially considering the age. From a non-smoking home.
