Down Syndrome Happy Baby in Diapers Cabinet Card Photo T.C. Tune Forney Texas.  Card measures 9 3/8" x 6 3/8", photo approx 4" x 6".  Taken at T.C. Tune studio, Forney Texas.  I estimate the date to be around the 1920s-1930's.  Photo has a light scratch and some pinholes, wear to the card, etc.  Please see all the photos.
