THIS MAILBOX IS SCRATCH BUILT BY AN AMERICAN HOME OWNER. THIS MAILBOX WAS
NOT BUILT
BY THE AMISH COMMUNITY. OR IN A SWEATSHOP. IT WAS BUILT USING A COMMON DESIGN WITH THIS POPULAR MAILBOX STYLE/SIZE. THE STONE GROUTED CHIMNEY IS SOMETHING VERY UNIQUE ABOUT THIS MAILBOX.
HOPEFULLY IT WILL MATCH YOUR HOUSE OR JUST REPAINT IT THE COLOR YOU WANT.
MEASUREMENTS:
22" LONG 13" HIGH & 12" WIDE
■   This mailbox has some great original detail and wonderful PATINA
■   Windmill style and rot iron style weather vains built by scratch
■   Also has a pebble stone GROUTED CHIMNEY with operating red plastic flag
■   STAINLESS STEEL DOOR KNOB, VENT AND CHASE
■   In the front there are operating lights from the last USA holiday 4th of July (red white & blue stars)
■   The entire wooden structure is nailed together to a frame that is screwed together.
The wood was painted mint green with white trim.
■   The galvanized metal mailbox is a USPS APPROVED MAILBOX WITH RED FLAG. Manufactured by THE SOLAR GROUP Taylorsville, MS
■   The original color of metal mail box was black.
■   There are some areas that have some splitting, or cracking of wood like on the roof. Pieces that showed areas of weakness or damage were nailed back together and secured or reinforced with simple nails or caulking glue.
■   The weather vain to the rear has home made bent wires with NORTH EAST SOUTH WEST indicators and a arrow with a lion painted gloss black.  The other weather vain is a HO SCALE windmill epoxy glued to a ball bearing which helps it spin and may actually give a correct direction of wind reading.
■   Inside of mail box is clean.

■   The base will allow for easy installation to common 4x6 outdoor lumber post (mountibg brackets included)
