Handmade American Indian vintage Beaded Cup and Saucer

Handmade American Indian vintage Beaded Cup and Saucer.
From estate sale of the same owner of the traditional netted collar necklace that I just listed on separate auction.
Not sure if this was made as a souvenir.  You cannot drink out of this cup.  It is all beaded and not watertight.  It is a decorative piece.
The cup measures 3" tall and saucer 4 1/2" across, it is almost like a shallow bowl 1" deep.
