    by an officer of the department. In great condition. Shown to be from the 1970's to 1980's. Great addition to your collection.
    Some patches may have small defects, paper glued to the back of the patch or pin holes due to prior use as most of the patches come of old uniforms and may have been placed in scrap books.

    f you are a buyer from Canada, you would be responsible for any and all postage charges. The flat fee for US Domestic would not apply to your purchase.
    Some of these patches are extremely old. I included the option of priority mail flat rate if you desire tracking. Otherwise it will ship in a padded envelope. I photograph all mail drop off's to ensure customers know I ship the packages. If there is a shipping discrepancy which I have never had, I can provide a photo of the mailing to the Postmaster. If a return is warranted, the buyer will be responsible for postage.
