NWT Derby House Elite Men's Riding Breeches.
These were bought for my son and he stopped riding. They are UK 30/EU 46.  They measure about 14.5" across the waist (so about a US 29).  The inseam is about 25-26", but they're all the same standard length.  They are a stretchy fabric that is 45% polyester, 47% nylon, 8% elastane.  The fabric is water resistant.  They have a hook and clasp fastening, belt loops, Clarino knee patches for extra grip, shaped Lycra calf panels to avoid bulking in long riding boots, and two popper closure hand pockets.
