This is a wonderful Apache Blue Butte Mountain Jasper stone how is that wonderful stripe of indigo going down the center. The color on it is spectacular.
It is haloed by a radiating brass ray setting and two moons on either side of the rocker. The double jump rings are my favorite kind of bale because they provide to anchor points to stabilize dependent and create a beautiful V-shaped when hanging from a chain-stamped Sterling silver
