We can configure this AED to any of the languages below. We can also configure the FR3 in bi-lingual mode, for example, when powered on, the user selects between two pre-set languages. A popular configuration for USA is English and Spanish bi-lingual.
Languages available for configuration, English (United Kingdom), English (United States), Japanese (Japan), French (France), Italian (Italy), German (Germany), Spanish (Spain), Dutch (Netherlands), Portuguese (Brazil), Swedish (Sweden), Finnish (Finland), Norwegian, Bokmål (Norway), Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan), Chinese (Simplified, PRC), Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong S.A.R.), and/or Korean (Korea).
Returns Policy
We have a simple, no quibble 30 days returns policy. You can return the item for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. If there is a problem with the item, we will pay the return cost.
Warranty
AED. We offer a 12 month warranty on all pre-owned AEDs. If there are any problems with the device within 12 months, we will either replace the AED, or return it for a full refund.
Battery. The battery is new and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Condition Report
ALL PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL ITEMS YOU WILL RECEIVE. This AED is in 'good' visual condition, and it passes its 'self check'. This bundle includes a nice pre-owned case (see photos for accurate condition), brand new battery, and also includes brand new pads. This is the limit of our testing. It has marks and/or scratches as you would expect from use, and may also have marks from permanent pens and labels.  All photographs are of the actual unit for sale (including the 360 spin in the description) so please refer to these for an accurate indication of condition. Any problems, you can return within 30 days for full refund as per our returns policy.

The first section of the serial number shows the manufacturing year and month.
So for example, a serial number B17L-00XXX would tell us.
B = Philips version code
11 = Manufacturing year - for this 2017
L = Manufacturing month - for this December (A=Jan B=Feb C=Mar D=Apr E=May F=Jun G=Jul H=Aug I=Sept J=Oct K=Nov L=Dec)
The second section: 00XXX = running device ID

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility (or covered through eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP)).
Additionally, if customs agencies, the FDA or other agencies take time to clear items, we cannot be held responsible. We provide all the information the FDA require, including 510K numbers and registration details. We work with the agencies to speed up clearing, but we cannot be held responsible if these agencies introduce a delay in shipping. Currently, shipments to USA are quick via UPS and FedEx.
eBay GSP is an excellent service as it covers all import duties, charges and international shipping costs. It must be noted that eBay GSP is not a fast service when compared to direct shipping. eBay GSP is a two-stage shipping process. We ship the item to eBay in UK, and eBay then ship the item internationally. This does take additional time, therefore if a fast service is required, please contact us for a direct international shipping quote.
(Return and Refund Policy) If in the unlikely event you have problems with the item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will be able to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange. If you change your mind after receiving the item, you will also be able to return the item to us for a full refund minus our original shipping cost.
