    Description

ST. GEORGE OKTOBERFEST DRAGON Draft beer tap handle. Hampton, Virginia. Brewery opened in 1998. Brewing mostly traditional English and German style ales. Oktoberfest. A pale copper ale. Strong notes of roasted caramel with a mild hop presence. Perfect served this time of year. The popular myth of St. George was that he was an infamous 3rd century Roman soldier who had killed a fire breathing dragon. Today he is know as the patron Saint of chivalry.  Oktoberfest is traditionally brewed with roasted malts for a caramel flavor with a light hop presence. 6.0%ABV. Pale copper. Serve with warm pretzels in the fall.  Here before you stands a replica of the dangerous fire breathing dragons. They were know to be color changing and you may have seen one in black, white or... He was used a while back and then used for display purposes over the past 10 years in my collection. This one was made in 1997 by Sculpture Concepts. Not many have survived. At first glance he looks amazing but close up you can see a few flaws. Mild wrinkles and some chipping of paint can be seen. He is rather old. Cool Fall pumpkin like color. Great display condition. Very nice rare earlier collectors piece. 12 inches tall. What a great time to be a tap collector. Tap has been turned and rotated till all sides are shown. This is the actual item you will receive. Stand not included.
