This is a unique buckle made with the overlay technique. The design implies mountains, grass and wind. The Navajo often utilize elements form nature as their inspiration. This buckle would fit a 2" belt or slightly smaller. This item is not signed by the artist or marked sterling, which is common for this time period. It is guaranteed to be sterling, however. This item has not been previously owned and comes from our collection of older pieces.
