Good Condition for its age, Top flap has a hinge, Nice & Strong, works Good with no problem.
Good for many more years of use.

Mail box has you normal surface scratches, some rust spots scattered throughout and inside.
Mail box has been painted, you will notice many spots / areas on paint chipped off and weathered during normal use.
Front of Box has the American Bald Eagle, magnet doesn't stick.
Hardware not included. ( Need 2 nails or screws to hang )
