Vintage ZUNI Knifewing Turquoise Coral Onyx MOP Inlay Sterling Silver Cufflinks

Really hefty vintage Zuni imlaid sterling cufflinks, suitable for men or ladies. The traditional "knifewing" is interpreted in vivid red coral against uniformly sky blue turquoise and black onyx with crown of mother of pearl. Beautiful condition for works done 60-70 years ago, now hard to find. Sold as found (our clients tell us they prefer to manage patination), easily buffed.
Unsigned, the works are affixed to sterling flip cuff buttons. Often the same image was earrings, clips and pendants. The unknown artisan is still seen in these, though.  Nice size at 1"x 3/4", standard cuff leg clearance, 1/2"+. Collectible quality.
