You are viewing a vintage "Cabinet Card/Photo" of a little boy wearing a sailor outfit.
According to my research, the color of the print, size,  and the matt...this is a very old photo.  Dated from 1880-1889.
This was taken by STRUNK Studios of Reading PA.  The pic measures approximately 3 3/4" x 5 1/2".  With the matt/card 5 1/8" x 7 3/8".
